Sorry NO pets, or Camping
Early Arrivals without prior approval are subject to $25 fee. There is an additional charge for ANY extra person lodging in the cottage of $20 per person daily or $75 weekly. Day time visitor charge
is $10. Prior arrangements for extra guests and visitors are required. We don't want to over crowd the resort.
Rates do not include Minnesota sales tax.
Sorry We do not
except charge cards. We accept Cash, U.S. Money Orders, and Checks International payments by
Western Union. Phone and E-mail reservations are held for a maximum of 10 days pending receipt of your non-refundable
deposit.
We have a 2-night minimum Our normal summer rental is Saturday to Saturday we do sometimes fill a last minute opening with
less than a weekly rental give us a call for more information. During our Spring and Fall
Specials we have more flexibility to rent anytime we have a opening. We rent to legal age adults only, 18 years old or older. We are a quite family mom & pop resort if you are looking for a place to raise hell, have a loud
party all night long this is not the place, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. You will be charged for any damage above normal
ware and tear.

Reservations
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of non-refundable deposit per Cottage per week or for our 3 night special (see our reservation form for the amount
required) which will be applied to your account. Accommodations will be held for the term of your reservation. Guests in turn
are responsible for the specific period of their reservation. Should cancellations be necessary, immediately notify us. Cancellations
less than 60 days prior to the reservation check-in date will be charged the remaining balance if a new guest isn't secured.
Any monies/payment received will be applied to your account. No monies that we receive will be forwarded/sent to any additional
party's. If a overpayment is sent to us it will be held here on your account for your arrival. Next years reservations
are taken after each Saturday as the person in the cottage this year, has the first chance at the cottage for next year.
Extra
Person ChargeEveryone is counted as everyone uses the resort, creates garbage, causes ware and
tear on something either inside and/or outside the cottages at the resort including the septic. When
we talk about this, the question always comes up as to who makes the most work, garbage, finger prints, and the biggest
mess, the 2 year old or Dad, if don't know the answer just ask Mom. Non-refundable
deposit The deposit is non-refundable as we take that cottage off the market and miss the opportunity to rent it,
to all the other families that are looking to vacation during that time.
